Gracie Jiu Jitsu was founded in the 1920's by Rilion's father, Grandmaster Carlos Gracie Sr., and has been proven to be the most effective form of self defense ever developed. Our goal is to give every student, regardless of age, gender, body type or physical ability, the tools needed to defend themselves against bigger, stronger, and more physically capable opponents.
